Madison, WI is the home to the State Capital and is located in the
middle of town. Two main streets go directly to the square where the
Capital sits tall and proud. East Washington Ave (highway 151) and
West Washington Ave. are the two main streets that go directly to the
Capital and it is a grand sight, especially at night when it is all lit up!
Although I grew up in Madison and I have walked and driven
around the Capital hundreds of times, I have taken photographs of
the kids outside but I never went inside. I don’t know why I never
went inside but I should have. It is absolutely beautiful!
I never really knew anything about the Capital until today either.
