Both TeriLyn and I are touched by all of your generous actions to help improve our situation. below is our story.
"In early December 2006, TeriLyn suffered a mini-stroke that was misdiagnosed as the flu. Then a massive heart attack struck in May 2008 and she was helicoptered to the cardiac lab. In February of 2010, I was struck with three staph and MRSA infections near my spine which required two separate surgeries and 10 months of high dose antibiotic treatments. Money ran out and we became homeless for a few months.TeriLyn was bitten by a brown recluse spider in November 2011 and had her big toe amputated. Since that time she's been hospitalized 55 times for a total of 480 days or approximately 1 day out of 10 that they have been married. Triple bypass open heart surgery, multiple blood clots, two pulmonary embolisms, 7 stents, angioplasty, ablation treatment for a-fib, kidney failure requiring dialysis, Congestive Heart Failure, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and large life-threatening fluid gains have been on-going medical issues. She has spent 7 out of the first 9 weeks of 2016 in the hospital."
