WEEK 2
Introduction to Stage Combat (Ages 12-16)
A slap to the face, a fall down some stairs, an epic fifteen-person battle complete with swords and
axes… These are all examples of stage combat! This fun introductory class will cover the acts of
conflict, danger, and defense performed for entertainment on stage or film. Using props and safe
instructional methods, students will learn to execute various stage combat moves to tell a story as
effectively as dance choreography, set design, or costuming.
Time: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Cost: $200
Printmaking (Ages 12-16)
This one-week class will introduce students to printmaking. The course will cover a variety of
printmaking techniques, including monoprinting, relief, intaglio, and screen printing. Students will
have the opportunity to create editions of prints and explore their ideas!
Time: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Cost: $225
Rock Your Audition: Singers (Ages 11-16)
Have you ever wondered how to walk into an audition and bring your best self, every time? This
class will provide students with a crash course in nailing a vocal audition. Open to young singers of
all styles, from classical and musical theatre to pop and R&B, students will work on vocal technique,
choosing the repertoire that suits them best, and feeling confident under pressure.

Time: 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
