So we have to cultivate the habit of having a complete wider fraternal vision of all the points of a problem. Likewise within one strategy we have to adopt different methods and tactics to solve the problems according to different situations. They may be legal or illegal. Some people elect only one of these methods and tactics. They concentrate their vision on only one thing. So the result may be delayed or at times find no result or it may back fire. Our political understanding and ingenuity will become clear while adopting those methods in different circumstances. But under no circumstances our methods and tactics shall be against our fundamental principles and shall cause harm to the then existing strategy. So, our methods and tactics should not destroy the very foundation. The remedy should not be worse than disease. The task of all of us is to face our enemy forces and classes from all angles, from all sides and in all fields with all forms of methods and all types of tactics.
ASSESSMENT OF REVOLUTIONARY CONDITIONS
Some people with meaningless allegations blame the prudent activists who change their strategy, tactics, policy and methods according to the situation. Insisting on adherence to one and only method to be followed in any situation shows the lack of experience and lack of applying dialectical method. Following always the same method does not resolve the problem but on the other hand adverse results may occur. We find that even the bourgeois politicians, by using their knowledge change their methods, tactics, strategy according to the situation. But we shall not drift away from the situations and discard our important principles and theory. We shall not sacrifice the permanent interests just for temporary advantages.
To understand a problem it is necessary to examine it from all angles and for that an all round September-2026 knowledge of all aspects is needed. More than that, an experience in depth battered with life is necessary. A thorough knowledge of the good and bad of customs and traditions of the race( nationality) and its life styles is also necessary. When those angles of vision are coordinated to the situations and examined, then only the method to be adopted to resolve that problem or issue will be understood. Only then he will get the valour to face the adverse circumstances.
Communism receives the best of different angles of visions. It abandons the bad. So it is not only the best method of life but also the best ideal method of criticism. Communism digests the best knowledge attained by human race from all the systems. It rejects the bad, selects the good by critically viewing everything in all angles. It moves forward with a new vision and with the highest ideal. When the ideal becomes lofty and vast, the vision selected to reach it also will always be the grand and spacious.
The founding theorists of communism – Marx and Engels did the same. It was followed by Lenin, Stalin and Mao. They were able to highly enrich that ideology( theory) in accordance with the new circumstances, conditions and situations. Today the responsible world famous leaders of different countries are doing the same. Those who committed mistakes, who misunderstood things are undergoing frank and sharp self criticism of their lapses. Those who committed blunders are being removed from their positions.
But, to examine every problem in all angles becomes highly difficult to a single great leader. So the cooperation of all the people is necessary for that task. Those who teach people shall also learn from the people. Especially the cooperation of the writers and intellectuals with in the party is highly helpful. If the vision of the party policy in art and science has to be specific and sharp, the help of the creative efforts of these writers and intellectuals is compulsory. Collecting different opinions of people in this way occurs and it is possible only in a working class party. That is why the method of democratic centralism has become a new and powerful one. The main difference between bourgeois parties and Communist party and the main difference between bourgeois politicians and Communist politicians lies in this.
One type of politicians want to bolster the advantages of the perishing class and the other fight tooth and nail for the advantages of working class, which is a guiding star for the progress of humankind. THE ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE MATERIAL WORLD AND INTELLECTUAL WORLD In the bourgeois organizations generally a kind of dictatorship of either one leader or the top leadership is implemented without any concern and aspirations of the people. As an example for this, we can see how Patel and Nehru, in the interests of bourgeoisie rejected in a single stroke, the unanimous demand of all Telugu people for a separate state of Andhra Pradesh. More over in the bourgeois organizations there will not be any ideological and philosophical unity. The philosophical outlook of a single leader or of leadership, will be imposed on the people who blindly follow them without considering whether it is useful to the people, whether there is any connection to the theory and practice and whether it is totally antagonistic or opposite to the people. So the theories and the actions taken by them do not help but harm the objectives they always chant Generally there will not be any relation between their theories and their actions. We find no maturity in their theories. We also find mutual contradiction between their theory and practice. They simply depend on the knowledge
