There is every possibility that the rights and interests of people , peace and security in the region would fall in serious danger if the region and sea waters are allowed to become an arena for big power rivalry and competition for domination and if the regimes of the countries in the region become tools of this competition by mortgaging the independence , sovereignty territorial integrities of the countries and the rights and interests of their people .
The comprador Indian rulers had provided every service to the imperialists in general and US in particular to loot and gain control over every aspect of our economy . The Congress rule had gone a long way in tying India to the chariot wheel of US hegemonism . The BJP Govt . which stepped into the shoes of Congress , added speed and momentum to these policies . In 2016 , US declared India as its “ Major Defense Prater ”. India and US signed the LEMOA in 2016 , and COMCASA in 2018 . India joining the QUAD is also a part of it . These moves took India – US relations beyond bilateral relation and tied India by various strings to strategic activities of US to establish its domination over Asia – Pacific region .
Here the Indian rulers are committing serious blunders on two counts : ONE : Going against the urges and interests of our country and people , they are allowing the imperialists to poke their noses into the internal affairs of our country , especially in India – China border dispute . This will only complicate the resolution of the dispute further . The Indian people know that the imperialists can never be a genuine friend and well wisher of oppressed nations and people . They are making every attempt to frustrate the resolution of the dispute through dialogue and peaceful means . They are already making a big business in arms trade and had tied India to a subservient bondage militarily . They had widened the sphere of India ’ s conflict with China to Asia – Pacific region with a clear aim of using India as a stepping stone for their drive for domination in the region . TWO : By joining a US led grouping ( QUAD ) the Indian rulers allowed themselves to be dragged into a greater and disastrous conflict for a wrong cause . By joining an imperialist grouping aimed at establishing the US hegemony over the Asia – Pacific region and sea waters the Indian rulers are losing their right and opportunity to be a genuine friend of the countries and people in the region and thereby are earning the hostility with them . They are losing the opportunity to be a part of the common struggle of countries and people in the region to protect their rights and interests and keep Asia – Pacific region and sea waters free from big power rivalry , competition and war games for domination . Thus the Indian rulers are driving India and Indian people into a most dangerous death trap and the US gamble for domination . The working class , peasantry , other oppressed people , democratic and peace loving forces of India are totally opposed to this .

Revolutionary Homages to all the Martyrs of Revolutionary , Adivasi Movement !!!
35 years back , i . e ; on November 29 of 1982 , a life and death battle for land had taken place in Kondamodalu . Comrades Kunjam Rajulu , Madem Laxmaiah became Martyrs while resisting the police in defense of their crops . On the eve of 37th year of their remembrance , we pay our revolutionary homages to these Martyrs of adivasi movement . We are recollecting the sacrifices of the Martyrs of this movement at a time when the Kondamodalu adivai movement is continuing even today in the face of many conspiracies .
Before 1969 , the Landlords in Kondamodalu had grabbed away 14 acres land of an adivasi family towards the amount they lent which was enough only to buy a pair of cloth . Adivasis lost all their lands in playing the exorbitant rates of interests on loans and cheated by wrong measurements . They were reduced into bonded labor in their own lands . Oct-Nov - 2020 lines . They were not allowing the adivasis to cut the bamboo shoots . It was in 1969 when the adivasi movement had begun in Kondamodalu . It was sankranthi festival time . The role of people in the movement was brought to the fore by a hard and dedicated and organized method of work by a few active cadres under the leadership of the Committee . Within a few days , the land struggles of adivasis had begun in Kondamodalu and extended upto Nelakota . The struggles on the demands of agricultural labor , podu and debts were won . By June , 1969 , it developed into a programme of seizing back their own lands and crops under the illegal occupation of landlords . It went on like a resistance movement of one level . About 360 acres of paddy land , jawar and thil crops in 700 acres came under the occupation and consumption of the adivasis . The govt . had unleashed a severe repression against this organized people ’ s movement . Hundreds of adivasis were locked in Jails . contd . on page 21
