The formation of QUAD , AUKUS ; and QUAD PLUS with South Korea , Vietnam and New Zealand ; and the proposal to form another QUAD by India with Israel , UAE , Soudi Arabia and the like are the part and parcel of this strategy .
China for a long time is in the capitalist path . It is trying its level best to occupy the world markets and to influence them in its favour . It is declaring time and again that it is against hegemonism and is not going to follow the expansionism of hegemony . In spite of this , the methods that China is following in the Asia Pacifican countries and people to fight against the hegemonistic methods of America are doubtable and questionable . It is a fact that China is not dealing in a way that it is lending its supporting hand to the people and nations of Asia and Pacific region . Aiming at China by Placing the Gun on the Shoulders of India
The American imperialists are anxious in making India as a powerful anti-China base , and to move forward in their hegemonistic activities in Asia- Pacific region . They desire that our border problems with China should not conclude . Anti-China propaganda is being carried out in our country by using social media . They are trying to brain wash the people of India that the permanent solution to the border problem is in the total destruction of China . Instead of solving the disputes through consultations on the basis of equality and justice they proclaim that it it prestigious to be a part of QUAD alliance . The QUAD and AUKUS aimed at China are preparing the ground for a new old war in the Asian continent . We should not agree under any circumstances to shoot at China by placing guns on our shoulders . Already our coastal areas and oceans became the centre of nuclear sub marines and war ships creating tensions . For the last two years , under the auspices of QUAD countries alliance in the name of Malabar maneuvers , military maneuvers are being held with warships , helicopters 24 and submarines in the east coast of Bay of Bengal .
In the third week of October this year Malabar-2 warship maneuvers took place in Visakha coast in Bay of Bengal . These maneuvers were supervised by Michael , the chief of American navy . On that occasion he said that Malabar military maneuvers will be still extended further and some other countries also will be joining in this . He further declared the air force in the sky , warships in the sea , and submarines under the sea will conduct different types of maneuvers in future . Visakhapatnam , the main centre of Eastern navy and the coast of Andhra Pradesh with its 970 kilometers have become crucial to the defence ministries of India and America . Five years before the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Bill-2014 a deep study was made on the strategic importance of this coastal region . The state was divided . Yet we cannot reject the argument that there are decisive strategic plans of imperialists in all this .
Already ‘ air strips are being constructed in Andhra Pradesh by the National High Ways Authority on national highways of Ongole-Nellore and Ongole-Chilakaluripet so that the war planes can land in emergency . An air strip of 5 kilometers long , where four war planes can land simultaneously is under construction between Korisipadu and Reningavaram and another airstrip of 3.60 kilometers long in between Kalikivaayi and Singaraya konda of Prakasasm district in Andhra Pradesh .
The Indian naval force is building secretly a military base in North Agalega island of Mauritius . These constructions are aimed at surveillance and to observe the movements of ships in the Mozambican channel from day to day . Our rulers are building in a distant island of Mauritius an air base , naval centre and a communication hub by spending crores of rupees with the excuse of development of infrastructure . It is clear that these constructions are mainly aimed at controlling the importance of China in the Indian Ocean as a part of war advantages of American imperialists .
These are only some examples . America already is doing arms trade in a big way in our country . It has made our country as its slave . The range of differences with China is being extended to Asia-Pacific region . America made our country a member of QUAD . AUKUS alliance was created . All this creates good market to American economic system as it is completely dependent on war and arms trade . By representing China as an aggressor America will get super profits by selling arms to the countries in this region . Let us Agitate for the Cancellation of QUAD and AUKUS
By joining in QUAD we have lost the right and opportunity to be a faithful friend of the people and nations of Asia- Pacific region . On the other hand we are becoming their enemies . We have lost the chance of participating in the united struggle of Asia-Pacific people against the competition for hegemony and wars by superpowers .
We have to reject QUAD and AUKUS alliances which escalate war tensions in Asia- Pacific region and which make us a part and parcel of the war of American imperialists . As a part of the people of the countries of Asia-Pacific region , the labourers , oppressed people along with peasants and peace loving people we have to demand the cancellation of these war alliances and all military pacts of imperialists with our country .
