Dangerous Death Traps of the Imperialists : The ‘ AUKUS ’ and ‘ QUAD ’
In spite of receiving deathblows from several countries of the world , American imperialism , the super power is trying to extend its markets and to show its hegemony on the world . It is coming forward with new tactics after withdrawing from Afghanistan .
Of late , America brought into fore an alliance called AUKUS , along with Australia and United Kingdom . Though it announced its objective as mutual cooperation in the fields of most modern technological knowhow , it is nothing but a military alliance . The first condition of this alliance is to supply to Australia nuclear powered submarines made by Britain with the help of America . United States is trying to control the coastal countries of Indo- Pacific region against China , with nuclear submarines .
Sharpening of Contradictions among the Imperialists Even before the pact of nuclear submarines , Australia had a big pact of 9000 crores dollars with France for the supply of diesel submarines . After spending 1800 crores of dollars on this project Australia withdrew from it unilaterally . The foreign minister of France described this act as stabbing in the back .
In NATO alliance France also is a partner along with America and Britain . France expressed anger on the establishment of AUKUS without consulting it and for exempting it from AUKUS . France was not in a position to understand the withdrawal of Australia from the big pact of the building of submarines . So it withdrew its ambassadors immediately from Australia and America . It also cancelled the joint meetings of defence ministries of Britain and France planned earlier .
At present seven French naval ships , forty aircrafts , five to six
November - 2021 thousand solders are patrolling the Pacific Ocean . France knows well that AUKUS alliance came into existence to control the markets of those countries in the Indo-Pacific coastal countries . So France openly expressed its dissatisfaction over exempting it from the alliance . The contradictions that are continuing among these imperialist countries are being further sharpening now by the AUKUS alliance .
After its exit from the European Union-that is after Brexit-joining in AUKUS is a strategic decision of the Britain . Britain which has largely lost the European market after Brexit now desires to extend its market through this alliance .
The long standing proposal of Germany and France demanding an ‘ European Army ’ instead of NATO which is under the leadership of America is now being supported by many . Moreover the countries of European Union are importing oil from Iran , rejecting America and making pacts for gas pipeline with Russia .
‘ The contradictions between American imperialists and other imperialist countries are escalating day by day . The other imperialist countries are ready to compete with America for their ‘ proper share ’ of exploitation in the world .’ Thus the developments are explained in the political resolution of the Central Committee of CPI ( M . L ) in February 2018 .
AUKUS is Nothing but the Continuation of QUAD America is strategically moving forward to get hegemony on Asia- Pacific region and its marine routes . The QUAD alliance announcement was made in high level meeting of Australia , Japan , India and America in 2007 . Afterwards America declared our country as a main partner in defence . The pacts that support the affinity between the military of India and America , pact to permit the landing of American war planes in India , and repairing them if necessary within our country , for fuelling them — like this several military and defence bilateral pacts were made between 2015-2020 . Afterwards in 2020 QUAD was restored in full form .
QUAD had announced that its goal is to deal with the marine travel in Asia-Pacific area and to solve the disputes . Moreover America is treating QUAD as Asia ’ s NATO directing against China . Recently Y . Satya kumar , the national secretary of BJP also boastingly declared that QUAD will function in future as another NATO in Asia-Pacific region . But they are concealing the fact that our country is being used for the imperialist wars of America . China Proved to be a Hard Nut to America
China has broken the dreams of America as a super power to get hegemony over the whole world after the disintegration and fall of Soviet Union . Within a short period China has emerged as a big competitor to America in the world market . The emergence of China as a powerful force in economy , politics and military , and the entrance of China in the world markets with its capital , manufactured goods and technological skills has become an eye sore to America and other imperialist countries . In addition to this , China is most aggressively occupying the markets which were hitherto under their exploitation . Imperialist countries and especially America is not able to accept this fact . America is agitated over by the Chinese construction of the giant ‘ Belt and Road Initiative ’ ( BRI ), started in East Asia . So America is strategically moving forward to control china totally .
