workers and farmers, who are the majority of the population. Also, there was no organized presence of those sections of people. These movements are not to advance the class struggle or to wrest power by the tortured and oppressed classes. On the contrary, these Gen-Gs thought that these problems would be solved by replacing the corrupt individual representatives of the system. These spontaneous uprisings mirror the neo-liberal movement that is happening all over the world. We can see some reflections of it in our country, to a lesser extent, in the Ladakh movement and the RG Kar movement. And these movements, show not only the organizational weakness of the revolutionary communist parties, i. e. the leadership of the working class, but also in some cases the extreme compromise prevented the nature of the reactionary leadership within these movements from being exposed. The role of the army in each of these movements is highly questionable. It is difficult to understand whether the army of those countries which airlifted Hasina in Bangladesh and KP Oli in Nepal to safe places is an act of loyalty or intimidation. And the army played a kind of supporting role in the movements and the bourgeois media also created a kind of narrative to keep them above suspicion. As a result, despite the subjective reality of these movements and the spontaneous participation of the people, behind the change of government the conspiracy of international imperialist and expansionist powers in the interests of geopolitics cannot be denied. Gen-G Movement of Nepal:
Nepal is a small country at the foot of the Himalayas, but it has immense geopolitical importance due to the political tensions between India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, China, Russia and America. And whoever comes to power, every move is 8 judged whether they are working for China, India or America. And there is extreme unemployment and poverty in this country. About 7.5 percent of the country’ s people work abroad. 25 percent of the country’ s income comes from remittances sent by people who go to work abroad. The anger among the people of the Nepal had been growing for a long time over the lack of jobs in the country, and being forced to leave their families and go abroad in search of work. This year in march about fifteen thousand people took to the streets in support of the monarchy, though just 19 years ago, in 2006, where millions of Nepalese people took to the streets against the monarchy. This was certainly an expression of the frustration of the Nepalese people. Although not very large, the reactionary group supporting the monarchy did not miss this opportunity; they took it up a notch and brought it to the forefront. Here we find another piece of information that the monarchist and Hindutva supporter RPP( Rastriya Prajatantra Party) got only two percent of the votes in the 2017 elections, but they got 6 percent of the votes and 14 seats in the 2022 elections. But the Nepal’ s Marxist Leninist group or Maoists, who are obsessed with parliamentary cretinism, did not feel the need to pay any heed. The victory of Balendra Shah, a popular singer and speaker of Greater Nepal, as an independent in the mayoral election in Kathmandu was also an expression of the frustration of the people over“ monkey’ s division of bread” between the Nepali Congress, Maoists and Marxist-Leninist parties to retain state power. The people have seen nothing but the change of Prime Minister repeatedly between KP Oli of the ML party, Sher Bahadur Deuba of the Congress and Prachanda of the Maoist party in the last 19 years from 2006 to 2025. Added to this was the corruption, luxury and lavish lifestyle of the family members of the political leaders. In such a situation, the banning of all social media in the name of making a law within just 48 hours on September 4 only added fuel to the fire. When the students and youth first started the movement, the PM from ML party KP Oli, who was sitting at the helm of power, made fun of them. These leaders who are isolated from the general people did not understand that these social media are a means of communication with their close relatives living abroad, online business, a way for unemployed youth to dream of making some income by online activities.
But if we analyse the movement, we will see that the main reasons for this movement were social inequality, lack of opportunity for work in the country, unemployment, corruption and nepotism. In other words, for the common people, the coalition government led by this communist-named party was‘ not for providing rice, but quick to give the blows. The anger of the people did not fall solely on the leaders of the ruling CPN( UML) party, Nepali congress and their close associates. The leaders of the Maoist party have also been persecuted. Therefore, the anti-people activities of the parties sharing power with the bourgeois-feudal parties behind the names of Marxist-Leninist and Maoist cannot be hidden by giving this movement or rebellion a mere conspiracy theory. But it is also true that this is exactly what happened in the urban areas. Former Prime Minister K. P. Oli, the former Prime Minister of the Nepali Congress and CPN( UML) coalition government, said that he did not give the order to open fire on the protesting students. So, who gave the order to open fire? And what was the role of army? It is seen in various media outlets that they did not take any action when violent destructive work was going on in different parts
