It became normal to state that the public health care system is obsolete and outdated. Conversely, the arguments are strongly developed to say that the profit-oriented private corporate health care system is perfect and efficient. Therefore, the government could implement relevant policies for the past three decades to build a strong private health care sector. The extreme corporatisation of the health care system will be closely associated with the destruction of the public health care system. In this transformation, the people will have no other option except the corporate health care system for treatment. Further, it is said that the health insurance is inevitable to ensure access to costly corporate health services. Moreover, the government itself is introducing various populist health insurance schemes for the poor instead of strengthening the public health care system. This is associated with the simultaneous encouragement of private health insurance companies. Thus, the insurance-based corporate health system is strengthened.
this situation. The Maoist Party also has to take serious analytical review of its policies and serious mistakes in its practice. The whole communist movement must be critically reviewed in the light of Marxism- Leninism-Mao’ s thought. The repression of the exploiting classes is being applied not only on the revolutionary movement but also on the different sections of people. The discontent, opposition and the spirit of resistance among the people will not be suppressed forever.
But if the Marxist-Leninist forces wait for a positive-objective situations. Communists are not only depends on objective situation they must depends on subjective situation- December-2025
All this led to the excessive establishment of the corporate hospitals as well as giant private health insurance companies simultaneously. However, both of them work for profit. Moreover, both of them are powerful corporate forces. The rise in their profits is linked to the rise in their share in the loot. Therefore, the emergence of disputes and conflicts between them will be normal. Now, the controversies and contradictions between them have reached to their peak. They are rejecting and boycotting the services of one another. The patients do not

The bourgeoisie, on the other hand, imposes its discipline of exploitation, deceit, betrayal and authoritarian. These trends are not related to the Communist discipline. The Marxist-Leninists do not use the crisis of the Maoist Party to fish in troubled waters or to ridicule them. At the same time they should not to fall prey in emotional and individual hero worship. know as to which corporate hospital accepts their health insurance policy and whether the health insurance company will reimburse the treatment bill of the corporate hospital. The people are suffocating in the confusion. They are victimised for the frauds and scams of corporate hospitals and health insurance companies. At present the people have totally lost their faith in these corporate forces. The profitoriented insurance- based health care system is caught into a severe crisis. The corporatised health care system is at the verge of collapse. Public Health System on the Deathbed:

Every movement has both positive and negative characteristics. The positiveness should not get into the danger of concealing the negative characteristics. One has to review the consequences of their left extremist and sectarian policies, learn lessons, and strive to work toward formulating the correct policies according to Marxism- Leninism-Mao’ s Thought.
