But I wasn’t think correctly of the time I had left to animate all of them as animation is a very lengthy
process. When I showed this to Sanjay in my tutorial he had told me to scrap all the animals and choose
only one. In the end I chose the bird as it was simple to animate and felt it would benefit the story as I
have never animated a creature with wings. I must admit that I did not like the idea of scrapping the rigs
off my project but it was better for me as I did not have the time to complete this long story.
Originally, my plan was to include the bear, but that idea is long gone. The final storyboard shows the
greedy bird swooping in and falling into the box where the crystals lay was green-lit.
