ISIDC 2012
ISIDC 2012 was organized with the main theme of “Holistic Service Innovation and Co-creation Experience”. The Program Chair, Dr. Ding-Bang LUH, has designed the conference to be consistent with the theme, with the aim of creating a holistic experience for the participants. The conference combined the academic activities with cultural activities. “To bring a holistic experience for the conference participants, we have arranged a series of activities in a five-day-tour package. The academic activities will be combined with cultural activities so that participants will be able to have a holistic experience.” (Dr. Ding-Bang LUH, Program Chair of the 3rd ISIDC, 2012) The organization of the conference was made into a tour, starting with two parallel workshops in the first two days and three-day conference activities, taking the participants to several locations in Tainan and Kaohsiung.
