“Neither girl nor Pujya Bapuji was present in ashram at the time of so called
incident. Investigation has proven this fact.”- Shri Subramanian Swamy
During Investigations, it is found from telephone
records that at the time of incident the complainant girl
was not even present in the Ashram. She was in a long
mobile call with his boyfriend and it was found she was
somewhere else and at the same time Bapuji too was
present as the main guest in a wedding ceremony even
he was not present there.
