rape charges filed in FIR and medical report received from Delhi does not

There is no accusation of 'Rape' in the FIR registered by the
police on the basis of a complaint lodged by the girl. Then why
Bapuji is booked under a non-bailable section of rape? The
medical report of the girl is also normal then why did Media
resort to false propaganda that rape has been confirmed by the
medical test?
On 26-08-2013 around 1 PM jodhpur police confirms in a
press conference that "There hasn't been any allegation made
by the girl in FIR and the Medical report doesn't affirm rape at
all" then why is it that after six hours on the same day, same
police refuses to withdraw 376? And why the same police
officer was sacked from investigating the case? Police is clearly
under some political pressure.
