Cricket Club Magazine caught up with their Chairman Mark Pepper to find out more about what they’ve put in place. He told us, “I took on the role as Chairman in January and I’m really enjoying it so far. We’re going through a period of change and modernisation and everyone has reacted very positively to that. The off-season is going well and we’re getting a lot done. We have re-structured the management at the club and are working in the same way as a private company. This means that the club is divided into different areas with each area having defined objectives. It’s broken down into grounds, finance, sponsorship and grants, teas and social events, teams and administration and performance improvement. The club’s purpose is cricket and we’ve also restructu
