Terrorism happens every single day around the world. It’s the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims. For example right now 4 young American women went for a tour in Paris, France and they were attacked with acid. In school, there was a threat posted on the Safe 2 Tell app. It caused lots of stress to students and families. ISIS is an Islamic group that has been around since 1999 and their leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has caused many implications on the world. According to Business insider the chances of dying from a terrorist attacks in the U.S. is about 1 in 46,000. On September 9, 2001, two planes were hijacked by terrorists and lost control causing them to crash into the twin towers. They collapsed and killed everyone that was in the building. At the Recent Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England a terrorist attack took place at her concert that in the Arena where a bomb was launched and killed many people. This event made many people upset along with Ariana who was very devastated. She tweeted, “Broken from the bottom of my heart, I am so so sorry. I don’t have words.” Caught by paparazzi after the event the young singer was crying and focused more on the victims than the tour. She visited injured victims at the hospital at which she promised another tour where all money being raised would go to those who were affected by the attack. Just like many other stars like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, etc. At the end of her concerts her words were “ I want to thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart for being here today, I love you so, so much. Thank you for coming together and being strong and unified. I think the kind of love and unity you are displaying is the medicine the world needs right now. So thank you for being just that.”
