This year, the A-Wing is busy with students practicing their talents. They will sing, perform, and play their way into your hearts. These students, (AKA The A-Wingers) are thrilled to show their work with their fellow Raptors, but they need your help to stay performing. The performers in the A-Wing work hard almost everyday to put on a fantastic show. These students want be seen and heard, so come and see the products of their efforts! Their passion and diligence for their art is unmeasurable.
The Silver Creek Marching Band is hard at work during and after school perfecting their
show, “ Hope Is,” written by Richard Goss, Aaron Hines, Steve Martin, and Dan Bryan. The band has been working hard to improving the music and be able to play it while marching. Dylan Ewing, one of the bands Drum Majors, says, “A solid twenty-four hours [a week] of work is being put into this show. ” The marching band will be performing the halftime show as well as doing pep band at home games. Besides performing at football games, the band will be participating in competitions with other high school bands. These competitions will be occurring throughout October.

There is an after school activity that many kid participate in. This club is Fiddle group. Here, student play Irish and Scottish fiddle tunes. Anyone can join and the group rehearses every Thursday from 5 to 6:30 in the band room.
