For food I started with some boneless wings with a chipotle raspberry sauce on them. The wings came out at the perfect temperature to start eating it them right away, they were big and juicy, and the same had the perfect amount of kick to them. For my main entree I ordered the Philly sandwich. The sandwich was the perfect size and was nice and warm when it was served. I thought the sandwich was a little dry, didn’t have enough flavor, and had to many chopped onions and peppers for my liking. My sandwich came with a side of house fries. There were plenty of sides for my side but they were nothing to special to be called the “house fries”. They were just normal fries that had a little bit of seasoning. Some else at our table ordered the grilled chicken breast. They said it was a good sandwich juicy, but nothing to special. Another person at our table ordered the pork fritter sandwich. He said that it was an amazing fresh sandwich and very tender. The cost of it for how big it was made this a great choice for a sandwich. All the foods were served at the perfect temperature, so you could start eating right as soon as you got your food.
Overall Cabo blue is a great place to eat if you are looking for a good sports bar to eat at. It is a great place to go with either the family or with friends to eat and get a drink. They also have great specials such as wing Wednesday.
