4 th May – fourth day of activities
In the morning, students had the chance to participate in different creative
recycling workshops, prepared by all of us from home:
Czech team: -retouching technique (using old magazines, newspapers) and
decorations (from tea bags)
Greek team: -origami bookmarks and bottle cap pins
Turkey team: -things from ice cream bars
Portuguese team: -cork coasters
Romanian team: - scarf from T-shirt
After the workshop, the work of students was displayed at school in the hall to be
seen by those who hadn’t been there. After lunch, a group of students and teachers gathered
all the things created in the morning and took them to the Old People Centre in Zamberk and
donated to them.
Before lunch, we had a very short meeting only teachers, while students were
attending the activities organized by the Students’ Parliament. Our host, Ludmila, presented
their activities they had done during the first 6 months of the project. She gave us the
Certificates of Attendance and asked us to complete the evaluation questionnaire by the next
day. The Portuguese team has gathered from each partner their available dates for the next
meeting, they will analyse them and when they have reached to a conclusion they will let us
know.
In the evening, we attended the concert at the Chapel performed by the school
choir. The host had a gift prepared for each team, a CD with the songs of the choir.
