Activity 2: First Conditional

The aim of the activity was to practise the use of the first conditional sentences related to the
protection of the environment and to develop digital skills.
Step 1: Short presentation of the rules and uses of the first conditional.
Step 2: Students brainstorm sentences using the first conditional which are related with the
environment.
e.g. If you plant more trees, the air will be cleaner.
Step 3: Students search for photos on the internet which would best represent their sentences.
Step 4: They label the photos with the sentences they have created.
