Mari W. Gauthier, a survivor of childhood and adolescent physical/sexual abuse, homelessness, trials and struggles is today known as "The EN'Courager"! Overcoming and coming out strong is not just her testimony. Overcoming and coming out strong is what makes her well qualified and anointed to be the woman she is today; An Ordained Minister, Transformation Coach, a sought after Motivational/Inspirational Speaker and Community Activist fighting for girls and women who are victims of abuse and crime.
In September 1999, Mari began meeting with girls and young women, holding small workshops speaking on topics such as self-esteem, peer pressure, the importance of abstinence and more. Mari, being authentic and transparent with girls and young women, shares her story, proving that they too can overcome and become great women. Through her works in her community and traveling with her monthly workshops for girls, Mari soon became the voice and light for at risk and under privileged girls and young women in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
In 2000, Mari became CEO and Founder of G.R.A.B, Inc (Girls Receiving Abundant Blessings) a non profit 501(c)3 organization/foundation committed to serving and helping girls, teens and young women. With two office locations (Atlanta, GA headquarters and Resource Center in Miami, FL) G.R.A.B has served over 3,000 girls combined since our existence through our free annual "Girl Talk...For Real"! conferences and monthly community workshops, Valentine's and Thanksgiving Dinner Celebrations, Prom Sponsorships, Back to school brand new uniforms/supplies drive, and so much more.

As a Transformation Coach, Mari has helped hundreds of women overcome their past and current struggles helping them develop a healthy and successful life thru her 10 Rules of Power for Women. Through her quarterly Vision Brunch and annual Transformation Retreats, women of all ages come together sharing and celebrating their visions beginning their paths to Living Life More Abundantly.
