By working with a group of emerging curators , it addresses barriers to employment , identified by Diversity Arts Australia , through a two-year professional development and mentoring program . It also partners with Runway Journal to commission emerging CaLD writers to analyse structural racism and change across Australian regional art galleries and museums .
