Ahh! Winter! We would love to imagine that every day is a festival of snowcapped chimneys, steaming cocoa,
and snuggling under designer linens. But the truth is,“ Winter Wonderland,” often translates to,“ I wonder
why I feel like eating an entire pizza, curling up in the corner, and crying my eyes out.”
Winter can be a tough season to deal with. Bills can be high, moods are often low, and you wonder how that extra layer of fat got deposited on your midriff. Science has proven that winter, with shorter days and colder temperatures, often leads to an increase in depression. But, guess what, we’ re better than that! We’ re stronger than science!
Let the winds blow and the light fade. You don’ t need that when you know you have the power to change your state at any time you choose. Happiness is not a chance happening or a stroke of luck. It is a decision; and you can make it in a moment.
