Bath Bomb What you need: 300g Bicarbonate of Soda 100g Citric Acid 10ml Fragrance or Essential Oil of your choice Few drops of red food colouring A large mixing bowl Round moulds to shape the bath bombs To make: Into a mixing bowl add 300g Bicarbonate of Soda and 100g Citric Acid. Mix together. Add the colour a very small amount at a time and mix in until you have the colour you require. Add the fragrance or essential oil and mix in quickly. Test the mixture by squeezing some in your hand. It should just hold together and not be too damp. If too dry you can spray a little water onto it. Then you need to work quickly to compress the mixture into your moulds. After about 30 minutes they should be quite hard. Simply take the bath bomb from the mould and leave it to dry. If they've not hardened enough, just leave them in their moulds a bit longer.
