Treble (tr)
Treble is a taller stitch than the double crochet. It is worked in the
same way as the double crochet except the wool is wrapped around
the hook before beginning a stitch. A treble row always starts each
row with three chains.
Row 1
Make a length of chains. Begin the first row by working into the
fourth chain from the hook and draw the wool though the chain.
There are now three loops around the hook. Wrap the wool around
the hook and draw wool through the first two loops on the hook Wrap
the wool around the hook and draw the wool through the remaining
two loops on the hook.
One loop remains on the hook. Work a treble into each stitch to the
end.
Turn and make three chains.
