From tacos to quesadillas, the combinations found at Kalbi Taco Shack are incredibly satisfying. Their mari-
nades, sides, and kimchi are all made from scratch in-house. And, anyone who follows my Instagram knows
that I am all over that kimchi, of which there are two to choose from, traditional and cucumber. One of the
coolest things about this place, in my opinion, is the fact that jackfruit has a place on the menu. This may
seem insignificant to some, but to vegetarians and people who eat more plant-based meals, having an op-
tion beyond the obligatory tofu or roasted veggies is something worth celebrating.
