Those who have perfected the art of crafting beer, or had the pleasure of tasting a well-crafted draft will all agree that it’s more than just a drink. There is a reason, in fact there are several, which makes beer such an interesting beverage that one has to respect it on some level or another. It has always served a purpose for someone. In fact it has a history filled with colorful stories many people aren’t aware of. One of the most fascinating facts is that the first written recipes which had been discovered, stretching back to 5 000 BC, were about brewing beer. In other words the forefathers knew that beer would play an important role in the walk of life. If not to enjoy a party then to keep the men busy.
