School sponsorship is a really effective way of helping hundreds of children in our communities get a healthy start in life. We know that good schools, providing a good education, is a realistic goal, and we know what
it takes to achieve it.
Be part of improving your children's lives!
When you sponsor radon testing and mitigation in a school, you don’t just help the children in one school,
but in all the schools in the district. That’s hundreds, sometimes thousands, of children every year.
To make lasting improvements in the quality of health in individual schools, change must involve the head teachers, teachers, parents, local community, district education offices and ultimately the national policy makers who surround and support each school.
School Sponsors play an invaluable part in making this a success. Your donations give us the freedom to carry out the plan to have every school tested and mitigated using innovative and viable solutions.
We found something that works and we are collaborating with various organizations to scale this up to all of the schools in a district, so that the impact is on the whole district rather than creating islands of excellence. This approach means that we can achieve systemic change
with interventions that are proven to make a difference.
