Gloria Linnertz, CR3 Director received 5,000 free masks from Health and Human Services and distributed them to the Waterloo, IL Ambulance, Police Deptartment, Monroe County Health Department, Cedarhurst Senior Living, Penniman Elementary School Cahokia IL and Goodlettsville TN Fire Department.
