Riders of the 2020 edition of the Cow & Belle failed to anticipate the pivotal role the race judges would play in the race ’ s final outcome . “ It was just another race ,” was the consensus . The thinking was the team who went fastest and raised the most money for CHOC would win . Simple . In a binary world this may be true . But in the world of The Cows , not everything is as it seems . What one man considers to be a Burt Reynolds ’ moustache another man considers to be afternoon shadow .
Riders failed to appreciate that an inability to scoop up valuable race points would invite their demise . It is a mistake they do not wish to repeat in 2021 .
