My favourite athletic achievements include finishing my first full Ironman- also after being told I wouldn ’ t make it to the start line , qualifying for Ironman 70.3 world champs in both South Africa and Nice and obviously riding with the AC ’ s for the past 3 years at ride Joburg .”

• Adele is a Financial Manager at FNB in the CFO Support team .
• Best race : Tour of Durban April 2019 . This was a COW initiative arranged by Iris , AKA Durbs daisy . She averaged 36.49 kph and beat the winner of the licensed ladies by over 6 minutes .
• Biggest athletic achievement : representing South Africa at the 2015 UCI Gran Fondo Championships held in Aarlborg , Denmark for both the time trial and road race .
LIZE-MARI KREUSCH ( Team Del )
• Current Title and work : Lize-Mari is currently employed by FNB in their Big Data department as the Head of the Analytics Project Portfolio .
• Best race ever : The 2018 94.7 Cycle Challenge riding for the AC Cows in Top Gun suits with her sister , Adele . “ We were flying on the first lap doing a sub 3 but the highlight of the race was on our second lap going up Homestead Avenue in Randburg and the boys in their white captain cow suits pushing up the tandem of Warwick and Del creating a beautiful formation from behind . It looked like the tandem had an extension of multiple angel wings . I felt so honoured and humbled to be part of a group of riders that are so passionate about people and their love for cycling .”
• Athletic accomplishments : o Podium at 2021 Sani2C Adventure Race . 3rd mixed team and 3rd overall lady o Cape Argus 2004 . 42nd overall out of 7000 ladies . o At one time she was ranked number 1 lady on the SA Seeding index ahead of formidable ladies such Andriette Schoeman and Ronel van Wyk .

• Title : Biokineticist . She started her own practice in Bedfordview in 2010 .
• Best race ever : Ironman 2013 . 10 hours 55 .
• Memorable races : Sub 5 hour Midlands Ultra Triathlon , Duathlon World Champs in Spain 2011 , and Ironman 70.3 World Champs 2018 . “ Two Oceans Ultra Marathon in 4 hours 27 must be my best running experience , closely followed by CapeTown marathon in 3 hours 13 . I absolutely loved the Double Century events as well and last year ’ s COW and BELL ride with the team .”
• Current title and what work you do : Slave . Business owner . Super passionate about cranes / trucks and lover of lifting and transporting heavy things . Director of 2 companies in the construction industry . I have been in the crane hire industry for the last 12 years & own A to Z Cranes that comprises of 10 cranes , a fleet of trucks & 3 rigging teams . I recently opened a new company at the beginning of this year , Complete Trucking Concepts which has a fleet of trucks & lowbeds . CCH specialises in transportation of abnormal loads & mining equipment .

o Without a doubt the CHOC Cows Double loop in 2019 , having missed the double loop the year before . 2019 was most certainly the best race with the greatest memories that has been etched in my mind . o The most magical week on a bike was most certainly riding in the Dolomites in Italy as well as in France . Cycling for hours up the most iconic climbs that the world ’ s best riders have ridden is awe inspiring as well as goose-pimple-giving .
• Athletic accomplishments : o Staying upright on my mtb in general . o Representing SA in Showjumping & Dressage in 2001 & 2002 . o 3 rd in a 5150 Triathlon . o 2019 Guateng TT Champ , 2019 Gauteng Road Champ , 2019 SA TT Champ & keeping up with the Team View Terrorists

• Current title : Associate Director , EY Facilities Management Leader , Africa
• Best ever race : Cape Argus for cycling . For triathlon , the last Redhub Olympic distance triathlon where she finished first lady overall and earned 3rd place trophy overall on the Strava cycle segment which is coincidentally the Cow & Belle 45km loop .
• Athletic accomplishments : o Frequent podium visitor for trail running and road running long distance events o 1st place podium for Jo ’ Burg Ultra and TSA championships December 2020 which earned Ronny a selection for the SA team at the long distance Triathlon World Championships . o First place lady overall at Redhub triathlon in April 2021 o 1st place in age category and 8th lady overall at Bela-Bela IM 5150 , August 2021

• Best ever race : Newbie to cycling but at Barberton 2021 managed to place 7th female overall and 3rd in her age category .
• Athletic accomplishments : Kerry is a dancer born and raised and has had the privilege of representing South Africa for the World Champs 3 times , receiving her South African colours and watching the South African flag raised on the podium .
