Profiteroles is a French dessert. They are pastry balls
filled with chocolate cream.
Ingredients of Profiteroles
for choux pastry:
125 ml water
50 gm butter
60 gm flour
2 large eggs
For chocolate filling:
125 gm chopped chocolate
60 ml cream
50 gm butter
2 egg yolks
For cream filling:
Chocolate sauce 275 ml water
275 gm sugar
1 heaped Tbsp. cocoa
75 gm chopped chocolate
125 ml cream
2 Tbsp. butter
