you to see how many steps you have taken each day and
will motivate you to move more. 7000-10000 steps a day
is recommended. This is over and above your fitness
sessions at the gym.
• Get some exercise without machines where you use
functional and different movement combinations each
time you train, developing both your physical and
neurological fitness.
