2 years ago I was not a runner in any sense of the word when I learned of Ragnar . It was only after I had joined a team and paid my race entry when I found out about Run . Drive . Sleep ? Repeat . The very thought of cramming 6 people in a van for 24 hours is just as silly as I am and I was anxious with excitement – a week later I fractured my ankle and my relay dream was crushed …. Or so I thought .
As the Conference Manager for the room block at Planet Hollywood that same year , it was clear after working with Steve Frazee and Lauren Brady that the Ragnar culture is on an unsurpassed level of Awesome . I knew then that I had come across something special .
Over the course of the last year I have been doing some soul searching on the things that truly make me happy and in the process of training for my first Ragnar ( Zion !!!) I saw the open position for Customer Service and knew immediately that I needed to apply . You only get 1 chance at life and I am ready to challenge myself with a new beginning .
