She has been with us from the start, and that’s what real leadership is.” The award for Outstanding Contribution to County Government is given each year to someone who has not only made significant contributions of time, talent and energy to better county government in Alabama but also gone beyond the call of duty to make a difference for all 67 counties. Honorees traditionally receive a plaque.
