Walk KS is in Full Swing-Great Bend and Hays

Walk KS is in full swing. In fact, the 8-week program will come to an end on May 21st. Our hope is that the regular routine you have developed to exercise in your favorite way will continue throughout the rest of the year. We have a Walk KS celebration planned in both Great Bend and Hays. Join me at the Jack Kilby Square bandshell on Wednesday, May 25th at noon. Walk KS participants who call in by May 20th will be treated to a box lunch at no cost. The Walk KS celebration at the Hays office meeting room is set for Thursday, May 26th, from noon – 1 pm. During that time, I will share the educational program, “Taking a Med DASH to a Healthy Heart.” A light lunch will be served, including a sampling of a recipe from the Mediterranean Diet. Call in your reservations to Theresa or Brenda by May 20th for either event.
