4-H club officers across the Cottonwood District and Midway District came together for an interactive officer training on Nov. 22. Volunteers helped teach the sessions with curriculum from kansas4h.org. Sixty-five youth and adults participated and reported improved knowledge and engagement for their roles!
The Cottonwood-Barton 4-H families came together for a Totally Rad 80s-themed Achievement Celebration! Each club had an opportunity to share their activities and successes for the past year. In addition, Friends of 4-H were recognized as Luke and Clarissa McCormick, and Berny Unruh. Three youth were recognized with an "I Dare You" award and the recipients were Landon Woydziak, Jayla Wyant, and Natalie Williams.
