Do-In exercises (pronounced Doe-een) are exercises for health. These exercises are suitable for older adults and anyone who is dealing with a chronic condition. Do-In exercises stimulate the energy flow along the acupuncture meridians. The focus is on imagery, breathing and relaxation when performing the Do-In exercises.

Meditation with Do-In is set up as six 1-hour sessions. They will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10-11 am, beginning September 28th and ending October 14th. The class will be held in the exercise room at the Great Bend Activity Center, 2715 18th Street. There is a $10 charge for this workshop that is payable to the Cottonwood Extension District. Instructors: Dr. John Krug, retired Chiropractor certified in Acupuncture, and Donna Krug, Cottonwood Extension District Agent.
