Booth Disposal / Bulk Trash
All Exhibitors and EAC( exhibitor appointed contractor) are responsible for removing all crates, cartons, and materials from the event site upon show conclusion. Failure to do so will result in a disposal fee of $ 65 per Sq. M or a minimum labor charge of $ 680.00, whichever is greater.*
* All rates are based on Gross Booth / Display Area i. e. a 3M x 6M booth equals 6 square meters. The fee calculation would be 18 Sq. M x $ 65.00 = $ 1,170.00 + Applicable tax. This fee is design to cover the costs associated with the removal and disposal of any items left behind, ensuring a smooth transition for our event space.
