IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CARRIERS
Please note: Any booth under 60 sq. m. will incur an off-target delivery fee if freight is received on 1 / 22 or 1 / 23.
All exhibitors moving in on January 24 – 25, 2027, must check in at the Marshalling Yard prior to unloading, with the exception of specific carriers noted below.
Marshalling Yard Hours: Sunday, Jan 24, 2027: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday, Jan 25, 2027: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries do not report to the Marshalling Yard during move-in / move-out. Carriers delivering on January 22 or January 23 must deliver directly without reporting to the Marshalling Yard.
Check-in for move-out is required by 7:00pm on Thursday, January 28, 2027. The last driver will be dispatched to the Convention Center at 8:00pm.
Check-in for move-out is required by 2:30pm on Friday, January 29, 2027. Exhibitors must be completely clear by 2:30pm. The last driver will be dispatched to the Convention Center at 3:00 PM. Please refer to the Marshalling Yard form for hours of operation.
ADVANCE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT
Materials should be shipped to arrive at our warehouse beginning Monday, December 21, 2026 but NO LATER THAN, Tuesday, January 12, 2027. Freight received before or after these dates will incur a 25 % early / late handling fee. Warehouse receiving hours are 8:30am – 3:30pm.

Direct to show shipments will be accepted on January 22, 23, 24, 25, 2027 from 8:00am- 5:00pm. Freight will not be accepted before these dates. Freight received outside of these specified dates will incur a 25 % handling fee.
