EMPTIES All Empties must be tagged and ready for removal from show floor no later than, Monday, January 25, 2027 at 5:00pm to allow sufficient time for removal of all crates and prepare for show opening. Empty crates, skids and cartons without empty sticker tags will be removed from the show floor at 5:00pm.
Empty return will start on Thursday, January 28, 2027 from 5:00pm to 11:00pm. This will take between 2 to 6 hours. Priority empty return available. See VIP Early Crate Return Service form for costs. Please plan your hotel and travel arrangements accordingly or hire labor to dismantle and pack your booth. Refer to the Labor order form for rates. DO NOT dismantle your booth before show close at 3:00pm.
MOVE OUT All carriers must check-in at the Marshalling Yard. All freight and corresponding BOLs must be finalized by 2:30pm on Friday, January 29, 2027. Failure to check in by the designated time will result in your freight being rerouted through eLogistics. Freight pickup scheduled after 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, will be subject to outbound overtime charges.
All freight must be labeled and a Bill of Lading filled out and returned to the Expo Service Desk before leaving your booth. Any exhibitors without a card on file will have their freight held until paid in full.
