Morning Lecture – 26 August
Trendy Hair Make-Up and Colour Cosmetic made possible with Advanced Surface Treatment Technology A fantastic morning lecture hosted by Sensient Colors . Patricia Kruger spoke about the hair colour trends and how there has been huge growth experienced especially in the temporary colour market . These are classically colours that last 1-2 or 3-4 washes . This growth can be attributed to a few main reasons mainly being that the baby boomers are going grey and are looking at keeping their colour fresh . Another reason would be consumers looking for products that are easier to use and less damaging . Fashion and trends have also played a huge role with people having more access to the internet and you tube . Delegates spent some time afterwards testing out the samples in their own hair with much joy and amusement .
