4. Homeowners may add to or replace the existing mulch in beds at their own expense.
NARC approval is required if the type or color of mulch is changed. If the homeowner
has changed the type of mulch, they need to notify the neighborhood lawn service to
skip their home when mulch is put down.
5. Plant beds are permitted surrounding the mailbox; Refer to Guideline 4.5
6. Landscape stone (river rock, lava rock, or similar decorative material) is only permitted
in the front of the house in areas that abut hard surfaces. The hard surface area
must be one that is approved by the ACC, or was part of the original home site. In
both cases approval is required by both the NARC and ACC.
7. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc. nor the neighborhood association
shall have or shall assume any responsibility for maintenance or warranty for the
conversion and modifications to the existing home and site.
