SAFETY STRIPING ON STEPS

NARC Approval may be necessary depending on the specific requirements of your
neighborhood. ACC approval is not required as long as all Master Guidelines are met.
1. Striping can be either applied or painted, but should be a contrasting color to the
concrete. Black and yellow diagonal striping is acceptable.
2. Striping can be applied to the top-level surface and to the vertical “riser”, as
needed for safety purposes.
3. The homeowner shall maintain the safety striping at all times.
4. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc. nor the local neighborhood
association shall have or assume any responsibility for the maintenance or
warranty for the adequacy of the striping work and modifications to the existing
home and site.
