The paint of the “field” area shall not have applied graphics, geometric designs, or any display features, e.g.; palm trees, flowers, dolphins, animals, or shapes of any kind. Imitation brick, stone, or paver patterns are not permitted in the sprayed or splattered process. A painted process that is stamped on concrete, in imitation brick is the only acceptable pattern. 4. The front porch, alcove, or patio may be a separate color scheme/design than the driveway or walkway, but shall visually blend with the house color scheme. 5. Maintain painting in good condition in perpetuity. 6. Homeowner shall control the work and conduct of all contractors on the site. 7. Homeowner shall immediately remedy any damage to the site and adjacent premises caused by any contractor or worker. Failure to take such action in a timely manner will be cause for the Kings Ridge association to correct said damage at homeowner’s expense. 8. Neither the Kings Ridge Community Association, Inc., nor the local neighborhood association shall have or shall assume any responsibility or warranty for the coatings, work and modifications to the existing home and site.
