GARDEN HOSE REELS/RACKS 2.6
NARC Approval may be necessary depending on the requirements of your specific
neighborhood. ACC approval is not required as long as all Master Guidelines are met.
1. Hose reels/racks are permitted on the side or back wall of the home.
2. Whitehall: the hose reels/racks are permitted on the front of the home where the
faucet is located.
3. Mount reel or rack on the outside wall of the home no greater than 3 feet from the
ground and adjacent to the outside faucet (approximately 18-24 inches at maximum).
4. Portable hose reels may be used if placed behind the home, in the mulch area, or
against the side of the house in the mulch area where it will not be seen from the
street, or interfere with landscape maintenance.
5. Do not leave hose reels/racks or hoses on the ground when not in use.
