SCREEN DOOR GRILLES AND SCREEN APPLIQUÉS 1.5.1 ANY CHANGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOME REQUIRES BOTH NARC AND ACC APPROVAL 1. Obtain an application form from Kings Ridge Management Office CMO located at the clubhouse. Submit the application form with a copy of the guideline, the product data with specifications, and any other pertinent information. Return your completed application to the CMO. Do not start construction of any improvement, alteration, or addition to any existing structure or make any site improvements or changes prior to approval. 2. Screen Door Grilles: Grille shall be white in color and shall match the screen door frame. Screen door grilles are permitted on the exterior of the home in the front and rear screened porch doors. 3. Decorative Appliqués: A maximum of two applique’s are permitted on any one screened panel as follows:  Rear screened porch, and screened addition. Appliqués shall be flat silhouette style, white or black in color, maximum 8” high x 5” wide.  A related grouping of small appliqués not exceeding an area on the screen of 1.5 sq. ft. is considered one appliqué and is permitted. The NARC and ACC shall be the sole judge of the appropriateness and suitability of the appliqué.  For safety reasons, appliques are permitted on phantom or retractable type front entrance door screens.
