A huge number of entries this year in the Year 7 & 8 Girls Doubles' Tournament with 46 girls playing in Round 1. A really hard fought and closely contested competition played during lunchtimes- resulting in the final between Emily Redmond & Sophie Ali versus Sophia Yeoman & Alice Minati. Some lovely tennis resulting in a win for Alice and Sophia - well done!
In the Year 9 & 10 Girls competition, although there were less entries, the tennis was brilliant. Great to see some girls taking part that had not
entered in previous years. The final was between Eleanor Houlston Clark & Sinead Grant and Bethan Barkley & Dane Carlos. Some great shots and rallies by both pairs resulting in a win for Bethan and Dane. Congratulations to all!
