timmy's top tips....
On Wednesday 19th March Timmy Cato from the Welsh Dragons came as a lovely surprise to coach us. It was a great training session and all year learnt many different skills. She joined in with our match play at the end and did concentration skills with us to get us thinking. Timmy lives in Wales from January through to May to play for the Dragons. She does 600 shots a day- 300 in the morning and 300 in the evening. It was great to be able to watch her play for the Dragons and represent our County a few days before.
