Making time for exercise and removing snack foods in the workplace is an easy way to start down the road toward
better health. Some companies even choose to go as far as purchasing weight scales or blood pressure monitoring

great ideas for grass-roots corporate health programs.
By and large, the best way to achieve improved corporate health status is to implement a year-over-year corporate
wellness program with executive leadership buy-in. Wellness program incentives can also be given to drive
participation. These wellness program incentives can be anything from cash back to discounts off of employee health
insurance to iPods and gift certificates.
