STRATEGY MAP: A TOOL TO FOSTER SUCCESS
Our Strategy Map provides a scorecard that helps us measure our success on metrics that
are not as black and white as revenue and expense numbers. It was developed to help us
understand how we can create value through intangible assets and activities—things like
encouraging team building, ensuring consistent deliverables, developing initiatives and
expanding resources. By referring to our Strategy Map, we can convert our intangible assets,
initiatives and resources, into financially-tangible assets.
